We had been experiencing a few incidences recently where customers do not complete their order but have made their transaction to our account. As a result of this, we will not be able to detect their orders and from who the payment was made.
In order to avoid similar problems, please contact us back if you have not received your order within a week after payment is made. Alternatively, you can notify us through email or sms after you have made your payment, so we can confirm if your order is completed or not (if you have notified us, we will get back to you if we find you have not completed your order or if there is any problem with your order).
